General Policies

  • ALL CABINETS ARE SOLD READY TO ASSEMBLE (RTA) only. Local customers may purchase assembly and installation services for an additional fee. 
  • The buyer is responsible for approving the final design and quote. Wholesale Cabinets Warehouse (WCW) recommends that the buyer carefully review the plans, dimensions, and invoice for accuracy. Once an order is placed, changes will result in additional costs and fees for the buyer. 
  • Design images are an artistic representation of what your cabinets may look like. They are not an exact portrayal and there is no guarantee that your cabinets will look exactly like the image. 
  • There will be a holding fee of $150 for any order that is to be held more than 30 days. There will be an additional holding fee of $150 for each additional 30 day period that the order is to be held.  Holding fees are non-refundable. 
  • Out of stock items will remain out of stock until further notice. There are no guarantees as to when/if they will be back in stock. If a purchased item is found to be out of stock, the liability of WCW will be limited to refunding the price of the out of stock item. 
  • The accuracy of all measurements, sketches, drawings and etc. provided to WCW are the sole responsibility of the buyer. WCW does not accept responsibility of any measurement related errors. Cabinets missed in error on the order that are on your drawing are not the liability of WCW. 
  • Once the client receives their cabinet order they have 48 hours to notify WCW of any items that are missing or damaged. We recommend you check that all items are present when you receive your order. After 48 hours, items that are claimed to be missing or damaged will not be replaced. 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges 

  • Returns must be received by us within 7 days from date of delivery, ship, or pick up. 
  • Returns and exchanges of purchased cabinets are subject to a 25% restocking fee
  • Hardware and accessories are non refundable. Assembly fees are non-refundable once the cabinets have been assembled. Delivery fees are non-refundable once the cabinets have been delivered. Installation fees are non-refundable once the cabinets have been installed. 
  • Any changes to an order after it has been placed that results in the cancelling of items will be considered a return. Items that have already been assembled are not able to be cancelled or returned. 
  • If cabinets have been assembled by the customer, returns will not be accepted. 
  • Products that have incurred damage due to user error are replaced at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded under any circumstances. 
  • If cabinets have a manufacture defect, WCW will only replace the parts that are defective and will not accept returns. 
  • All returns will need to be authorized by WCW prior to return shipment. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. The customer is responsible for setting up and paying for all return shipments. 
  • WCW cannot accept returns on any pieces of trim (this includes all types of molding, toe kick, and all plywood panels) that have been cut, damaged or altered in anyway. 
  • WCW will not process any returns if the product returned is missing or incomplete from the original shipment. Any returned item must be in its original condition.  The original box must accompany all returns. 

Warranty

  • Wholesale Cabinets Warehouse (WCW) warrants to the original purchaser that cabinetry, door hinges, and drawer glides will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 5 years. This warranty is not transferable and only applicable to product used for residential purposes. Representatives of WCW do not have the authority to change or enlarge this warranty. 
  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage, water damage or defects caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or lack of necessary maintenance; nor does it cover alteration, modification, improper installation, improper handling/storage, environmental conditions, nor any labor expenses. This guarantee does not apply to costs incurred after the product leaves our facility. 
  • WCW, at our option, may elect to repair or replace with a functionally equivalent product covered by this warranty. Some replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from original parts received. Return of defective product may be required for a replacement to be issued. Repair parts or replacement parts are at the expense of WCW but customer shall bear all other expenses. These expenses may include, but are not limited to, cost of removal and re-installation of product, labor expenses, etc. 
  • Just as no two trees are alike, no two pieces of wood are alike. The variation in wood color and grain pattern adds to its natural beauty and is not considered an imperfection. Environmental factors, including but not limited to artificial / natural light, moisture, cleaners, and smoke, etc. may cause the darkening or mellowing of a cabinet over time. This is a natural process which can be expected, and will not be covered by the WCW warranty. Dents, Scratches and chips that do not affect the functionality of the cabinet and are in an area that is not visible once installed are not considered defects and not covered by the warranty. 
  • Warping of less than 1/4” is not considered a defect. Cabinet doors with glass carry no guarantee against warping. The purchaser agrees to let doors that are warped 1/4” or more to hang for two seasons before replacement is requested. Typically, a door will return to its normal flat position once it is acclimated to temperature and humidity conditions. Prior to requesting a replacement for a warped door, please ensure that the door has been installed properly. 
  • Some of the cabinets feature a hand applied glazed finish to accentuate the door and drawer front profiles. Since the glaze is hand applied, it may consist of random drips, runs, or variations in color and appearance from door to door and cabinet to cabinet. This is not considered a defect and is considered normal with hand applied finishes. 
  • It is the nature of wood to expand and contract to varying degrees depending on climate conditions. As a result, cabinet lines with painted surfaces may show fractures in the paint at joints. This is normal and is not considered a defect. 
  • This warranty, which gives you specific legal rights, is non-transferable and only valid in the United States. However, you may have other rights which vary from state to state. 

Shipping

  • After payment is received in full, orders will typically be shipped with our basic shipping within 2 to 4 business days. Tracking numbers will be available once the order has been prepared for shipping. 
  • All orders over $2500 will receive free standard shipping. On orders under $2500, there will be a fee calculated based on the size and weight of the order. 
  • Once shipped, customers can expect delivery of their order within 5 to 7 business days. However, shipment times may vary based on customer location and other possible factors. Typical delivery time is about 2 weeks from the time that the order is paid in full. 
  • Free basic shipping is only available within the contiguous United States. Orders placed outside of the contiguous U.S., will require the purchaser to make alternate freight arrangements at their own expense. Orders shipping outside of the United States will not be shipped until the payment funds have fully cleared. 
  • Please inspect the shipment immediately. Photos are recommended for your personal records and safety in the rare event that a freight claim needs to be filed. 
  • Any damage to orders must be reported to Wholesale Cabinets Warehouse within 24 hours of delivery; failure to do so will negate the ability to claim it as having been damaged in shipping. 
  • Before signing off and accepting an order, make a notation of any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt with a representative from the carrier present. Do not refuse the order
  • Please sign for piece count as well as pallet count. 
  • The freight carrier has acknowledged the receipt of the shipment from our facilities in good condition. By your acceptance of the shipment from the carrier on the delivery receipt, you acknowledge that the product has been delivered in good condition. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage if you give the carrier a clean and clear receipt. 

Delivery 

  • After payment is received, client will be given an estimated delivery date within 2 to 3 weeks.  
  • Delivery confirmation will be requested 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. If confirmation is not given, the delivery will be rescheduled to the next available date. 
  • All job sites must have safe and easy access. If jobsite is determined unsafe or unable to be delivered to, the delivery crew has the right to deny the delivery and reschedule with an additional delivery fee equal to the previous amount paid. 
  • All items delivered must be checked within 24 hours to ensure replacements for missing or damaged items.  
  • Delivery fees are $150 for up to 30 miles from our warehouse location and $50 for every 10 miles after the 30.  

Privacy

  • All customer information is confidential and will not be sold.
  • Your personally identifiable information may be used by us for all legal purposes, which may include, but are not limited to; responding to your requests, processing your transactions, notifying you of new products or product-related news, and for administrative purposes such as conducting incentive programs or tracking which parts of the site are of interest to you.
  • Wholesale Cabinets Warehouse reserves the right to use your information to collect on an unpaid order or improper billing information.
  • Wholesale Cabinets Warehouse will not sell your information to any third party vendor and will not contact you for any other purpose than completion and processing of your order.
  • This website offers a feature that allows you to submit a customer testimonial within the website. By using this feature, you warrant that we are entitled to and allowed to use this information on our website and other promotional pieces to promote the customer satisfaction of our services.

Pick up

  • All pick ups must be scheduled before arrival.  
  • Pick up orders must be paid in full before items are loaded.  
  • Pick up schedules are from 8AM – 12PM and 1PM to 4PM Monday through Friday. 
  • All orders that are picked up must be reviewed for damage or missing items. Once an item leaves WCW we will assume that the order has been fulfilled with no damages or missing items.
